Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the USA through USPS/UPS. Free shipping is available on orders $100 and up! Shipping rates on orders below $100 will be calculated through USPS and will range anywhere from $5-20 depending on where you're located and the weight of your package.

Handling Time

Please give us 5-7 business days to prepare and ship out your Custom Mini Pet Portrait.

Please give 7-21 days to prepare and ship out your Custom Pet Portrait order, unless notified otherwise.

Missing Packages

We use shipping carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. please contact your specific shipping carrier for further instructions. Once the package has been shipped out, it is out of our control. However, if your package has been returned to sender, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
