How long does shipping take?

  • Custom Pet Portraits/Leather & Fabric : All custom pet portrait orders will take 1–3 weeks to ship, once fully dried
  • Drawing/Watercolor (5" Ă— 7"):  3–5 days to ship

How much shipping coast?

Shipping costs $10–$25, depending on the size of the order and the shipping service selected.

Please check the Free Delivery items or use an available free-shipping code to save on shipping. Shipping rates can vary based on package size, weight, and service

Where can I ship my bag?

If you’re not located in the San Francisco Bay Area, you can ship your bags directly to the artist.

Please contact the artist using the contact form, and the artist will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I track my orders?

Yes! You can track your order using the tracking number provided after your order has been shipped.

Photo upload guide

For the best custom pet portrait, please upload clear, high-quality photos of your pet.

  • Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see.
  • Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos.
  • Photos taken in natural light usually work best.
  • Make sure your pet’s eyes, nose, and markings are visible.
  • You may upload multiple photos to help the artist capture your pet’s appearance.
  • If you have a specific pose, expression, or detail you want included, please let the artist know when submitting your photos.
  • For best results, use the original/high-resolution photo whenever possible.

Where can I bring my bag

You can bring your bag to an upcoming event for drop-off. You can also drop off your bag at Woorboard in Campbell.

How long does it take?

Custom art on leather or fabric bags will take approximately2–3 weeks to be shipped or ready for pickup.
