Custom Artwork Cancellation & No-Return Policy

Because each piece of artwork is custom-made specifically for you, all custom art orders are final once work has begun.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided that work on your artwork has not yet started.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, or once work on your artwork has begun, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Custom Artwork

Once I begin painting or creating your custom artwork, the piece is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for a different piece.

Please make sure all custom details, preferences, and information are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an error on my part, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and details so I can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

By placing a custom artwork order, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-return policy.
